*Video Analysis to be viewed during and after the clinic to help you understand what you need to work on and what you’re KICKING ASS AT!
*Connections to other paddlers in your community to paddle and adventure with.

MANDATORY GEAR:
*Board~ We recommend a board specifically designed for river surfing. Like the Badfish iSK8, WAVO, or IRS. If you have questions on whether your board is right for the clinic feel free to message us directly (GJ SUP also has board rentals available for $25)
*QUICK RELEASE LEASH ONLY or no leash (GJ SUP has rentals for $5) ~ GJ SUP also has some available for sell
*PFD (Personal Floatation Device)~ GJ SUP has rentals for $5
*Helmet ~ GJ SUP has rentals for $5
*Whistle~ We use the Fox40 (We have extra available to use if you don’t have one)
*Drysuit or Wetsuit (if you are warm, you will be more empowered to try new things and go beyond your comfort zone)
*Water shoes that cover your toes and with a good flat sole
*Water
OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED GEAR:
*G-Form Pads. The more protected you are, the more you will be excited to try new things
*Re-usable water bottle & snacks
*Sunscreen
*Neoprene gloves
*Waterproof cameras
*Ear plugs (preferably plugs you are able to hear well out of)
*Sunglasses and hat for sun protection when on shore
